Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery to Sarasota, Bradenton, Osprey, Venice, and North Port, FL.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for Bloomenary Express items as well as Gifts, Plants and Vases if the order is placed before 4:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Deliveries typically occur after 4:00 PM.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we do not offer a pickup option as we operate exclusively online. We’re working on opening a physical location to serve you better—stay tuned for updates!
Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating personalized designer bouquets and arrangements. We strongly recommend placing your order 3–5 days in advance for customized arrangements to ensure we have enough time to prepare the perfect, fresh flowers for you. Freshness is key!
How far in advance should I place my order?
For orders that are not part of our Bloomenary Express collection, including customized bouquets and arrangements, we strongly suggest ordering 3–5 days ahead of time. This allows us to ensure your flowers are fresh and gives us enough time to customize them just for you.
What happens if no one is available to accept the delivery?
If no one is available, we’ll contact you for instructions. If we cannot reach you, we may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location (e.g., porch or with a neighbor).
Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes, but please note that delivery fees may increase, and availability may be limited during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Same-day orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.
Do you offer subscription services?
Yes! We offer subscription plans for regular flower deliveries. Contact us for more details or to set up your subscription.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet expectations, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
